Nicola's reformer classes were a really good way for me to strengthen the muscles in my legs and hips and to also regain some flexibility that I had lost since retiring from sports due to the early onset of arthritis in one of my feet.

Nicola provided clear instructions and guidance throughout the classes which made it easy to execute the movements and to get most out of the exercises. If you have a desk-based job and are feeling stiff from long periods of inactivity or you're after a low impact workout then Nicola's reformer classes are a great way to wake up those muscles that you've been neglecting!

Nicola taught the reformer class at a steady pace, and explained things really well, about how to use the equipment, what parts of the body it would work, and checked in with how it felt to me as an individual.

She demonstrated as well as talked us through what to do. I felt so much stronger as a result and relaxed at the same time. I definitely tuned in with my body and understood more about how things connect. When I had a bit of a flare up of back/neck pain from a previous whiplash injury, she adapted the class for me and gave me individual exercises to do which helped. Highly recommended by me✨

Nicola is a wonderful Pilates teacher! Great studio in West Hampstead.

I have had several classes with her now and my body has shown great improvement. This has helped my dodgy knee (had Total Knee Replacement). I have noticed positive changes with my flexibility.

I would definitely recommend the classes.

I suffer from upper back pain. I had seen Nicola’s engaging Instagram posts so I decided to contact her and booked weekly sessions that were done via Zoom.

Nicola was great at putting me at ease. She talked me through the movements. I loved the fact that they were done to music and Nicola has great taste in music! Nicola’s method addresses a person and the movements rather than being a set of movement that you perform.

The movement are deceptively simple but you do feel the effects/benefits afterwards. I really enjoyed my experience which helped me get in touch with my body and movement in way in which other exercises haven’t done.

Nicola is an excellent Pilates teacher and I am enjoying her individual one hour sessions twice weekly. She has a very good mastery of the main principles and clearly explains each new exercise.

Each session is slightly different from the last which makes it more interesting and she is very encouraging so that you always feel as though you are making good progress.

I've done several of Nicola's sessions, both free and paid and they always make me feel like I'm walking on air afterwards.

They are beneficial for my whole body, but especially my lower back and hips which are quite sore from sitting down at a desk for most of the day. Nicola's enthusiasm, passion and knowledge really shine through, both in person and via the zoom sessions.

I've done her classes with people who are a lot more experienced in yoga/pilates then I am and everyone seems to get something out of the sessions so I'd highly recommend Free Your Spine to everyone of all ages and experience levels.

Nicola is great at what she does! I experienced a lot of relief from my back pain during and after one of her monthly programmes. The moves are easy to follow and you can do from the comfort of your own home. Recommended!
