Awareness is the start of everything…

None of us could have predicted the year of 2020, and as our realities continue to shape shift and we are thrust into continued change and unpredictability, our individual wellbeing and those around us, has never been MORE magnified.

The events of the last year or so have demonstrated the very notion that we NEVER do know whats around the corner and in a bat of an eye life can look, feel, taste and BE VERY DIFFERENT.

With physical confinement we were given an incredible opportunity as a collective and on an individual basis to go INWARDS and really explore our inner spaces, and in some cases confront what some of us have been dampening down and not listening to for many years in respect to our physical unease and emotional unrest.

A reclamation of time fell upon us and a collective awakening was catapulted into the ether. Listening and really tending to our needs on every level, so physical, emotional, mental, social etc is something that can easily go amiss in the noise that circulates us both IRL and online. Events of the last year offered incredible opportunity to quieten down 1000% more than our previous iteration of living provided.

My question to you is: are you listening and tending to your needs when it comes to optimising your back and body health?

Ten years ago I was the queen bee of not listening to the red hot signs and warning signals my body was screaming out at me.

Hence I learned the interestingly hard way and experienced multiple back, knee and hip injuries. It was only after spending many many hours over many more years that I would discover the very movement tools which would essentially transform my back and hip health a full 360 degrees around.

The time is NOW to shine a warm glimmer of awareness onto our super highways of spinal columns, get them moving, liberate our hips and cultivate that wonderful inside out connection.
