Free Your Spine Movement Experience

Our Energising Free Your Spine Experience is landing online on July 4th

One step into our online studio and you’ll be surrounded by the energetic and restorative ambiance that we all are searching for in this season.

Our Free Your Spine experience is based in alignment, empowerment, flow and play with opportunities to build a strong and flexible body as well as a deeply focused mind, all curated to a boom music playlist. 

We kick off Mondays & Saturdays, 11:30am to 12:45pm (BST)

The Free Your Spine movement experience will combine fluid and free movements specifically designed to unlock your back and hips of stagnant and stuck energy.
 
The session will take place on and off your chair, using it as a prop to help assist in freeing your spine and opening your hips up.
 
Nicola will help you increase the flexibility in your back, bringing more mobility to your neck, shoulders and hips. 
 
Our message is prevention over cure, these classes will show you simple, accessible and fun movement tools and strategies to bulletproof your future back and body health. We will have fun at the same time
 
We will start with a series of breath exercises as well as grounding and connecting in to ourself, our space and our inner world. From there we shall explore a liberating move free practice to release ourselves and loosen up the mind and body. We shall follow on with a series of holistic spinal based movements seated on the chair.
