Free Your Spine takes a holistic, organic approach to movement which concentrates on flexibility, flow, play and freedom.
It has the mindfulness and precision of Pilates at its core, the self-awareness of Feldenkrais, the spirituality of YOU and the playfulness of dance.
We believe that training at Free Your Spine is a lifelong quest of self discovery. What starts as a training course leads into a journey of self inquiry and curiosity, thus training our teachers to think “outside the box”.
We are passionate about educating, nourishing, and nurturing a sense of learning and confidence in our students.
Our movement repertoire is vast and concentrates on functionality and form, rejuvenation and relaxation and self empowerment and healing.
We have devised four modules to take our participants, through different levels to create a sense of expertise and care.
All our courses are recognised by Active IQ for Continuing Education Credits. Before you start a Free Your Spine course with us, you will be requested to fill in a student confidentiality agreement.
