Free Your Spine is an exploratory movement practice where we focus in on movements of the spine to allow ourselves to feel. So much of our angst, anger, sadness (enter said emotion) can stay stored in the body.

This is the kind of thing I support and empower people with the art of FEELING. It sometimes can be less intimidating for our minds to let our bodies navigate our emotions rather than our minds!
